Stormclouds with Tree

The clouds this day were particularly potent, and this was my favourite of the pictures I took. I can almost visualize this as being a backdrop to something strange and mystical, but at the same time, I wouldn't want to detract from the mystical feeling that was in the air that day.

P.S. Anyone know offhand what kind of tree this is? I gave a cursory search and gave up, just wanting to share it and ask publically.
